Food Notes: If every day were like today... You'd weigh 138.5 kg in 5 weeks

So that means if I continue like today I could loose about 8.8kg in 5 weeks. Scary thought! 

I tried to have less dairy today and added hummus and carrot sticks as a snack. I also had the best dinner with herbslaw (my favourite) and roast chicken...I even weighed it all! Going to try Brussel Sprout and carrot slaw this week as well after seeing it on the Food Truck.

Today was not as hard as Monday!

Plan is to go to Sh'Bam at Les Mills Takapuna after work.

    1. I am so glad we went. I did enjoy it. I think it's a bit more "aerobics-style" vs. Zumba, but maybe that was me not getting my groove on enough.

      Just about to go to the gym this evening on the way home. It's all good :)
