I did a 1-hour Spin class with Penny at the Massey YMCA. The instructor said "this is harder than RPM"; she was damn right about that. 17 minutes of hills. Ugh. I am sure it will get better the fitter (and smaller) I get.
Aim for this week is no coca-cola, NO bread and more exercise. I think that I should be exercising at least 5-8 times a week. This would include the gym and walking for 4 days. So gym in the morning and a walk/bike ride or swim at night. I am conscious that I am running out of time before Raro.
