Second day of having metamucil and Floravital. So more fibre, vitamins and iron. I probably need a bit more iron in my diet as I do not eat red meat. The metamucil tastes a bit like Vita Fresh.

Craving potato chips. UGH! 

Woke up at 5am this morning and did not want to get out of bed. This is getting ridiculous. I am almost tempted to start going to the gym in the evenings as well as the mornings. I am running out of days to exercise this week if I want to hit 8 times.
