For the most part my eating was good today aside from having a cupcake after a relatively healthy lunch. The girls told me no, but damn I wanted it. I have decided that I can potentially have a cupcake each month as long as the rest of the month is okay re: food and exercise. Now I just have to work out the calories....384!

On May 1st I am starting a small ab and butt workout which entails doing a few exercises per day on top of what I should already be doing.
So if every day were like today I would lose about 5.4kg in 5 weeks. That means I could be about 136kg in 10 weeks. mmmm interesting.
