OKAY seriously freaking out about Raro now as the days fall away.

Two goals for today (baby steps):
- Stay under my calorie goal
- Go to the gym straight after work (workout areas are open until 8.30pm; so I have time)

I achieved both my goals today!! Managed 45 minutes on the cross-trainer and burned approximately 200 calories. This was a guess based on previous 45 minute workouts as I could not get my heart rate monitor going.
