How did I track against what I planned to eat? I probably went about 301 calories over what I had planned. Mind you; I was still under my calorie goal for the day.
I was really hungry! I ended up having a hot chocolate (made at work) in the afternoon. I think I can cope without snacking between breakfast and lunch but the afternoon is a killer!
Based on today I am going to take out some dairy and add in hummus and carrot sticks for something savoury.
Still really pleased with myself.
