Determined not to go over my calorie intake for today! There are now 9 weeks to go until Raro and I would like to have dropped 10kg before we leave.

Sumo salads are not that nice. Higher calories than Pita Pita, not as nice and not as filling.

No exercise. I hate the rain. Hate it. :( No excuses really. So weather is a pathetic excuse. I miss the gym and just need a few weeks of going regularly to get back into the habit.
