Day 23- Something you crave for a lot


Food Cravings:
Chocolate – a few times during the month
Macaroni Cheese – total comfort food
Raw Salmon – Omega3
Chocolate Milkshakes – when I was pregnant
Good coffee
V Drink
Cheese
Steak - from time to time I really want steak despite not having eaten it for over 10 years

Other Cravings:
Sleep
A good book
Time out
